Refund policy

Payments

  • Unless stated otherwise, payments for entry into an event must be made at the time of booking by an accepted credit or debit card through the website. All major credit and debit cards accepted.
  • Transactions will appear on the cardholder’s bank or card statement as Sports Publications Ltd.
  • All payments must be made prior to each event.

Refund Policy

  • In a particular event, if a player chooses to withdraw, the following refund policy will apply:
    • Prior to 60 days before the date of the event: players receive a full refund.
    • Prior to 30 days before the date for the event: players receive a 50% refund.
    • Prior to 14 days before the date for the event: players receive a 25% refund.
  • For those that would like to use the monies paid as credit towards future events, the following policy will apply:
    • Prior to 30 days before the date of the event: players receive 100% credit.
    • Prior to 14 days before the date for the event: players receive 50% credit.
  • If a player withdraws within two weeks of the event their entry fee is non refundable.
  • Should an event become oversubscribed, a waiting list will be in use. The waiting list will operate on a first come, first served basis. Should a spot arise, the first player to be contacted will be the first person to have registered after the event has exceeded its limit.

Bad weather policy

  • Should one of our events be cancelled due to bad weather, we cannot guarantee a refund but our first endeavour will be to find a new date as soon as possible and to transfer your booking to this new date.
